Can I use 1 and 2 euro cents after rounding ? Can I pay with them ?

Hi,
Is it possible to pay with 1 and 2 euro cents after the price rounding ?
Do they still remain a legal tender ?

The aim is to remove 1 and 2 euro cent coins from general circulation, because of inefficiency of their producing and accepting. But even though the rounding to the nearest 5 cent rule, these coins remain a legal tender. So you can pay with them.
