Charge laptop with power bank - power banks for laptops ?

Hello, can laptops be charged with power banks ? Are there power banks for laptops ?

But there are also powerbanks available with the plug socket and output 120V, 220V or 230V. They are larger and heavier, but allow you plug in the battery charger.
