No, clock change in US doesn't occur on the same date as in Europe. Summer time begins earlier in US. Winter time begins earlier in Europe. The difference between clock change in US and Europe is usually 1 or 2 weeks. Because of that, during this period there is a difference between time zones in US and Europe.

Summer time clock change:

  • US - on 2nd Sunday in March
  • Europe - on the last Sunday in March

Winter time clock change:

  • US - on 1st Sunday in November
  • Europe - on the last Sunday in October
