Convert date to YYYYMMDD HHMMSS format and change to text - Excel

In my excel document, I have date values in a format that is not suitable for another data processing, because it contains the names of months.

How can I convert date to YYYYMMDD HHMMSS format or to other custom format and then change it to text ?
