You can contact them using a contact form or chat during operation hours. It may be a bit difficult to find, but these options are available there. If you need to solve the problem quickly, I recommend to use a chat.
To contact Google in relation to disapproved ads, you have to:
- Log into your Google Ads account
- Click on Help (on the top bar)
- Then click on Contact us to display the Quick help pane
- Enter the keywords into the text field (e.g. Malicious software)
- Choose one of the issue descriptions (e.g. Concerns about disapproved ads) and click on Next step
- Change preferred language if needed
- Select the contact method (Chat or Email)
- Describe the issue and fill the required fields
