Google AdSense Bank Account verification error [OR-BAAVFT-03]

When I am trying to add a bank account to Google AdSense to withdraw money, I am getting the following error:

There was a problem. We couldn't complete this action. Try a different verification or payment method, or contact us. Learn more [OR-BAAVFT-03]

How can I fix it ?

This is the only payment method I can use.

It seems this problem occurs when trying to add and verify a bank account from some countries.

You should contact Google via chat. They will ask you a couple of questions and will try to fix the problem.

According to people I know, the problem was fixed during a few days and there was no additional action needed.
