How long does it take to see results from working out ?

To see results from working out, you have to work out at least 2-3 times a week. But the getting in better shape is not only about working out. You have to also eat well and sleep enough.

You can see the first improvements after the 3-4 weeks of proper working out.

People around you can see your improvements from working out after 3 months.

Significant improvements can be seen after 1 year of working out.
After you start with working out, in the first weeks you are just preparing for proper trainings.

You will spot some improvements after 4 weeks. But at least 3 months of solid workout can result into visible improvements.
