How many days in a week should I workout ? Is it enough to workout once or twice per week ?

The number of days you should workout per week depends on what is your fitness goal.

If your fitness goal is to keep your current form and feel good, then working out once a week is enough.

But if your fitness goal is gain muscle, improve your stamina or lose weight, then you should workout at least 2-3 times a week.

You don't have to do a full-body workout every day. You have to create a workout plan and split the exercises. For example, focus on upper body on Wednesday and then focus on lower body on Saturday.

If you have a full time job, I think that working out 2-3 times per week is quite enough.

Working out just once per week is not enough to achieve significant improvements.
To get in a better shape, you have to workout at least 2 days per week. After you start with working out, in the first weeks you will be able to excercise once or maximum twice per week. But later, when you will get stronger, you will be able to workout more often.
