How many frames per second are good for slow motion video ?

How many frames per second there should be, to create a good slow motion video by mobile phone camera ?

When you are using a good resolution, more frames per second means better slow motion video. The recent phones allow to create slow motion videos at 480 fps on average. Top mobile phones offer to create videos with 960 fps or even 1920 fps.

I would say that to create a good slow motion video, you have to use at least 120 frames per second.
