How to download / save emails from online Outlook - web app ?
Is it possible to save emails from Outlook web app, that is available online to my PC ? If there is an option to download them, how can I do so ?

In case of Outlook web application, the functions like Save as, Export, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V are not available to download emails to your computer. But there is an option how to save emails from Outlook web browser version to PC. You can do it by following these steps:
1. Open Outlook web app in two windows side by side
2. In the second window click on New message to start writing a new email
3. In the first window select emails you would like to download
4. Drag the selected emails to the new message
5. Then click on the download icon to save the attachment / attached emails to your computer:
