Hi, is better to shoot youtube videos in 30 FPS than use 24 FPS or 25 FPS ? Is 30 FPS cinematic ?

Higher FPS means smoother video. 30 FPS may be better for action (fast-paced) videos. So whether is better lower or higher frame rate, depends on what video you plan to shoot.

I recommend to watch some videos comparing 25 FPS and 30 FPS.
